We’re bummed that you’re not happy with your purchase. We’ll try to make it up to you with a refund! Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
An email to returns@redcarpetbags.com must be sent within 24 hours of receipt of your item. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
Items and any accessories must be returned in the condition in which you received them. They must be sent in the original packaging with the security tag intact to be eligible for a refund.
After seven(7) days, all sales are final. Flash sales and giveaways are not eligible for returns.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at returns@redcarpetbags.comWe will provide you with a return packing slip. Place the item to be returned and any accessories it came with securely in the original packaging. Use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Please Note: If the security tag is broken, a refund will not be issued. The item must be returned exactly how it was received, with original packaging, security tag, dust-bag COA, etc.
REFUNDS
Your return will be processed once the item is received, inspected, and approved. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds (with the return shipping costs deducted) will be made to your original payment method.
Please Note
- If an item is returned after seven (7) days you will receive a refund of 70 percent of the price originally paid for the item, rather than a full refund.
- Customers must contact our company within 24 hours upon receipt of the item to qualify for any returns.
- Security tag must be intact.
- Refunds will not be given until the item is received and processed by Red Carpet Bags.
