Authenticity 

All items come with a certificate of authenticity (COA) from Entrupy. Entrupy’s advanced technology is better at spotting fakes than traditional methods, making their certification highly reliable. 

Returns will be granted if authenticity is found to be incorrect by an accredited authenticator. 

Shipping

We know you are excited to receive your purchase. We are too!  All shipping is done through a major shipping partner. A tracking number and signature are required, so you’ll always know where your package is.

Shipping is conducted Monday through Friday, year-round, with the exclusions of holidays and as otherwise stated by the company.

If a purchase is made during the holiday or weekend, shipments will go out the following business day, unless stated otherwise.
